3.2.1. When establishing an Account with My Family Bill, a direct customer relationship is formed, granting access to Service functions. Our Services are designed for and directed at people 18 years of age or older. However, specific bills for people under the age of 18 will have to be signed by their legal representative or guardian in order for them to utilize our services.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If My Family Bill learns that a child under the age of 18 without the consent of a legal representative or guardian has submitted personally identifiable information online, it will take reasonable measures to delete such information from its databases and to not use such information (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or other as required or allowed by law).
