If after utilizing our services, you do not realize savings equal to or exceeding the cost of the package you purchased, we will refund your money in full.

2. Claiming the Guarantee

To claim the guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Provide documentation of payment in full for the original medical bill(s) supplied to us when signing up.
  • Demonstrate that the total savings achieved are less than the cost of the purchased package.
  • Submit official correspondence from the medical provider on the bill, clearly stating the terms of the updated bill.

3. Refund Process

Upon meeting these conditions, you can request a refund by contacting our customer support team at info@myfamilybill.com. Please include your full name, contact information, and details of the original supplied bill.

4. Timeframe

To qualify for the guarantee, refund requests must be submitted within 120 days after receiving our finding letter and negotiation toolkit. After 120 days, this guarantee is no longer available and becomes void to our customers.
